Job Summary

An information technology network is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Experience Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working directly with client-facing teams and client to identify, address, and resolve issues
  • Working collaboratively to review and report on client and talent satisfaction metrics
  • Identifying, owning, and driving forward key client engagement initiatives
