Job Summary
An information technology network is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Experience Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working directly with client-facing teams and client to identify, address, and resolve issues
- Working collaboratively to review and report on client and talent satisfaction metrics
- Identifying, owning, and driving forward key client engagement initiatives
