A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Experience Specialist in Houston.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Correcting errors received from the online booking tool
  • Applying proper waivers, favors, soft dollars to rectify client issues or concerns
  • Working with vendors to ensure client concerns are addressed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Prior, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo
  • Sound judgement and the ability to make reasonable decisions
  • Consistent demonstration and application of best practices
  • Must have impeccable listening skills and eagerness to learn
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
  • Proven track record of developing sound, professional relationships
