A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Experience Specialist in Houston.

- Correcting errors received from the online booking tool
- Applying proper waivers, favors, soft dollars to rectify client issues or concerns
- Working with vendors to ensure client concerns are addressed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo
- Sound judgement and the ability to make reasonable decisions
- Consistent demonstration and application of best practices
- Must have impeccable listening skills and eagerness to learn
