Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Telecommute Client Growth Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directly managing a select strategic group of VIP clients
- Building strong relationships with critical C-level Executives at each merchant
- Coaching and mentoring of direct reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lead a team of Strategic Growth Managers (aka RMs)
- Must be able to act as the voice of the customer
- Must be able to align complex technological solutions that may span mobile, e-commerce, point of sale, and other interfaces
