Job Summary

A travel management company is seeking a Telecommute Client Management Executive.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Client Management leaders and customer key contacts
  • Providing end to end support for day to day travel program maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Gathering and sharing best practices across clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 3 years of working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent business writing skills, to ensure documentation is written in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • A proven background in client servicing
