Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Onboarding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding related activities for clients
  • Train operators/clients on processes as needed
  • Develop and provide onboarding related trainings

Required Skills:

  • Must have experience in SaaS, accounting, strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of professional work experience
  • BS/MS degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
