Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Operations Director in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying processes to improve overall performance of health centers
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of up to 15 worksite health centers each with unique lines of service
- Coordinating and productively facilitate communication across sites and effectively build and navigate client relationships
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- This position will require up to 50% travel between the health centers you oversee
- Fosters leadership development in your fellow team members
- Previously demonstrated efficiency in building processes and decision-making
