Job Summary
An IT and service provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Relations Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop/Identify strategy to move client awards from transactional to strategic partnerships
- Take an active role in the management of customer account escalations
- Support internal and external sales teams with proposals and sales strategy for assigned accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- International and domestic travel as required
- Solid working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically the clinical trial process
- BS or a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a min of 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience in a client facing role in the pharma, clinical, or life sciences industries; eCOA experience required
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a matrix management environment
- Prior experience in customer success or equivalent history
