Job Summary

An IT and service provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Relations Director.

Must be able to:

  • Develop/Identify strategy to move client awards from transactional to strategic partnerships
  • Take an active role in the management of customer account escalations
  • Support internal and external sales teams with proposals and sales strategy for assigned accounts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • International and domestic travel as required
  • Solid working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically the clinical trial process
  • BS or a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with a min of 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in a client facing role in the pharma, clinical, or life sciences industries; eCOA experience required
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a matrix management environment
  • Prior experience in customer success or equivalent history
