Job Summary
A financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Relations Financial Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Servicing clients needing financial advice in the absence of the financial advisor
- Welcoming prospects to the firm and servicing existing clients by opening new accounts
- Answering incoming calls from other branches and providing information/training
Position Requirements Include:
- Series 7 and Series 66 is required
- Excellent client service, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong workflow management skills
- Ability to apply sound judgment in decision making
- Knowledge of firm guidelines concerning NASD/State securities registration, trading practices, and investment suitability
- Good understanding of economics, interest rates, and the stock market
