Job Summary

A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Write handwritten letters to all of our clients and send out gift cards
  • Provide customer support
  • Modify each client contract per the agreement with the client

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Able to work odd hours when interacting with international clients
  • Mastery of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, Skype, and Outlook
  • Ability to type 70 WPM+
  • Must have a dual monitor setup with your home computer
  • Must have a microphone and webcam for your home computer
  • Must have Outlook 2010 or better
