Job Summary

A developer of candidate screening software has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Relationship Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the ILÚM system
  • Working with the implementation team to establish a relationship with the customer post training
  • Supporting the Sales team in identifying up-sell and/or cross-sell services and opportunities

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in business or information technology or other applicable degree
  • 4 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
  • Hospital or healthcare consulting experience
  • Multi-tasking skills and the ability to set/adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective organization and time management skills including
  • Ability to work independently to provide outstanding customer service and consultation
