Job Summary

A market research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Service Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of client needs and requirements
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities with UNIFY and building scorecards and dashboards
  • Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6-8 years progressive years of experience
  • Experience working with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods company
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex client deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience within the CPG industry using syndicated POS/panel data
  • Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills
