Job Summary
A market research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Service Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of client needs and requirements
- Demonstrate strong capabilities with UNIFY and building scorecards and dashboards
- Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6-8 years progressive years of experience
- Experience working with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods company
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex client deliverables
- Demonstrated experience within the CPG industry using syndicated POS/panel data
- Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication skills
