Job Summary

A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Service Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading managed markets marketing projects and client initiatives
  • Finding innovative ways to leverage business consulting project successes into follow on creative opportunities
  • Driving engagements with clients from opportunity identification to delivery and follow up

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS required
  • Strong communication skills face-to-face as well as remote to enable professional representation of the company
  • Experience understanding client needs, and iterating with clients and your internal team to reach clarity
  • 8 years of experience with an ad agency or professional service firm
  • Strong understanding of healthcare access (reimbursement, healthcare ecosystem, etc.)
  • Must have a deep understanding of the payer audience and the approaches and tactics for marketing to this audience is required
