Job Summary
A staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Service Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading managed markets marketing projects and client initiatives
- Finding innovative ways to leverage business consulting project successes into follow on creative opportunities
- Driving engagements with clients from opportunity identification to delivery and follow up
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS required
- Strong communication skills face-to-face as well as remote to enable professional representation of the company
- Experience understanding client needs, and iterating with clients and your internal team to reach clarity
- 8 years of experience with an ad agency or professional service firm
- Strong understanding of healthcare access (reimbursement, healthcare ecosystem, etc.)
- Must have a deep understanding of the payer audience and the approaches and tactics for marketing to this audience is required
