A customer experience marketing solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Service Manager in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring client satisfaction with our products and services
- Tracking client service issues to ensure completion
- Managing and resolving conflicts as they arise with clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years of Project Management work experience
- Strong working knowledge of client problem solving and coordination of account management
- Ability to manage multiple clients at one time
- Experience setting appointments to increase Mood's position in an account
