Job Summary
A business solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Service Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building strong, trusted, ongoing relationships with the appropriate levels at retailers
- Gathering, vetting, and refining category enhancement suggestions from clients
- Assisting senior management team with setting strategies and direction to the department
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5 Years experience
- Comfortable communicating with external clients
- Ability to think conceptually and analytically
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
