Job Summary

A business solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Service Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building strong, trusted, ongoing relationships with the appropriate levels at retailers
  • Gathering, vetting, and refining category enhancement suggestions from clients
  • Assisting senior management team with setting strategies and direction to the department

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 5 Years experience
  • Comfortable communicating with external clients
  • Ability to think conceptually and analytically
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
