A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Client Services Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building relationships with clients
- Exhibiting proficiency in executing software programs and utilities
- Ensuring client account activities are Medicare Part D compliant
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 25 % of the Time
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures, general business periodicals and professional journals
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- 2+ years of client implementation and / or account management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
