Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Services Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring quick response and follow-up to client inquiries
- Assisting eligibility and enrollment analyst with eligibility management as needed
- Participating in culture training with Customer Service representatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time regionally
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience in a PBM client management or call center supervisory role
- 2+ years of experience with pharmacy claims analysis and claims systems
- Experience in the healthcare, managed care, or pharmaceutical industries
