Job Summary

A virtualization technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Services Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Understand and document customer technical and business requirements and create scoping documentation
  • Identify customer technical problems associated with large virtual and cloud environments
  • Deliver services and solution-centric technical presentations and assist sales directors

Required Skills:

  • 15% travel throughout US
  • Quarterly regular business visits to headquarters
  • 5 years of experience in infrastructure IT services
  • 3 years of experience in infrastructure IT services sales
  • Successful completion of Business Administration coursework
  • Demonstrated experience writing complex Statements of Work and Proposals
