Job Summary

An IT service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Services Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that the costs/expenses of managing clients are aligned with the anticipated revenue
  • Completing all special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Being accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to large accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness/availability to travel up to-25% is required
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 7 years of health care industry experience with a health plan
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful client/program management
  • Demonstrated experience managing the deliverables of a large client dealing with a broad range of services
