Job Summary
A management consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Services Team Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing timelines, resources and commitments across all client engagements
- Managingclient engagement cycles end-to-end from scoping to final deliverables.
- Partnering with CEO and Narrative Strategist in running the consulting practice
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel up to 7-15 days per year
- The ability to be conversational, relatable, and humble through the interview process
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant client services/account management/producer experience
- Knowledge of the creative, innovation design, and/or strategic consulting process
