Job Summary

A management consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Services Team Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing timelines, resources and commitments across all client engagements
  • Managingclient engagement cycles end-to-end from scoping to final deliverables.
  • Partnering with CEO and Narrative Strategist in running the consulting practice

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasional travel up to 7-15 days per year
  • The ability to be conversational, relatable, and humble through the interview process
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant client services/account management/producer experience
  • Knowledge of the creative, innovation design, and/or strategic consulting process
