Job Summary

A provider of cloud-based software technical service solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Services Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Listening to customer needs and offering education of products and services
  • Responding in real time to customer Inbound questions and problems
  • Making outbound calls to touch base with new customers

Qualifications Include:

  • 1 year of related experience in a customer service and/or technical support environment
  • Understanding of wired and wireless home networks using multiple network technologies
  • Working knowledge of computers, smart phones, tablets and other peripheral devices
  • Ability to pass a technical test and complete the interview process.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
