A healthcare benefit management platform has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Solutions Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting, defining and documenting requirements
- Ensuring requirements are clear, specific and include acceptance criteria
- Providing final sign-off before solutions are delivered to the clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors required
- Working knowledge and understanding of the US healthcare system and the operations of health plans
- Passion for healthcare, financial services, behavioral economics, consumerism and/or any combination of these disciplines
- Strong interest in learning new things and comfort in pushing new boundaries
