Job Summary
A staffing firm is seeking a Telecommute Client Success Director in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and manage people in a project based matrix reporting structure
- Utilize key metrics to identify ways to recognize and capitalize on opportunities within assigned accounts
- Proactively seek out ways to expand account through increased engagement, process efficiencies and relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel - willingness and ability to travel
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10 years account management/project management experience in related field
- Experience working with senior management to VP level clients
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent technical skills and aptitude
