Job Summary
A business services and development-focused company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Success Executive.
Must be able to:
- Manage organizational change strategies that promote adoption and value driven activities
- Identify areas of risk and takes steps to prevent customer and/or revenue churn
- Manage chronic technology issues to resolution engaging and marshalling resources
Required Skills:
- This is a field-based role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Organizational Change or a related field preferred
- A minimum of 10 years in a similar client facing or appropriately relevant role
- PMP preferred, project management experience required
