Job Summary

A business services and development-focused company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Success Executive.

Must be able to:

  • Manage organizational change strategies that promote adoption and value driven activities
  • Identify areas of risk and takes steps to prevent customer and/or revenue churn
  • Manage chronic technology issues to resolution engaging and marshalling resources

Required Skills:

  • This is a field-based role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Organizational Change or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years in a similar client facing or appropriately relevant role
  • PMP preferred, project management experience required
