Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Success Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging clients in product and service options
- Reporting and analyzing client pulse
- Identifying risk factors associated with current clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- 10+ years progressive experience working with brokers
- Experience with Technology
- Experience with Web based Benefit Administration
