Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Success Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging clients in product and service options and offerings
  • Identifying risk factors associated with current clients
  • Reviewing client annual strategy plan

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • 10+ years working with brokers, carriers and clients in the Benefit Administration arena
  • Experience with Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, Human Resources, or Health Care
  • Experience with Web based Benefit Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience
