Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Success Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging clients in product and service options and offerings
- Identifying risk factors associated with current clients
- Reviewing client annual strategy plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- 10+ years working with brokers, carriers and clients in the Benefit Administration arena
- Experience with Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, Human Resources, or Health Care
- Experience with Web based Benefit Administration
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience
