Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate the transition out of implementation to Go-Live
- Support the client’s drive towards self-sufficiency
- Manage a portfolio of clients and make certain a high level of satisfaction with the solution
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel requirements
- Have a B.A./B.S. or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of three years of experience using the company's application or comparable product
