Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Measuring the satisfaction of customer interactions
  • Engaging with customers
  • Working closely with Account Managers

Qualifications Include:

  • Light travel < 25% to accommodate needed customer onsites
  • 8 years in a customer facing role, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Possesses strong time management, organizational, team building and planning skills
  • Capability to present at a high level and to multiple levels internally
