Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Measuring the satisfaction of customer interactions
- Engaging with customers
- Working closely with Account Managers
Qualifications Include:
- Light travel < 25% to accommodate needed customer onsites
- 8 years in a customer facing role, preferably at a SaaS company
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Possesses strong time management, organizational, team building and planning skills
