A technology startup is seeking a Telecommute Client Success Manager in Syracuse.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assuring the success of clients in designated territories
- Acting as the bridge between clients and the Management Team
- Proactively solving problems, pivoting minor hiccups into major wins, and building active feedback loops from restaurants to all segments of the company
