Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Client Success Research Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, ever-changing, and fast-paced environment
- Review survey instruments supplied by the clients
- Promote quality, compliance, and internal best practices to increase respondent engagement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics, or
- 1-3 years of experience in the market research industry
- Experience using online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use
- Familiarity with all parts of the online market research life cycle
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities in an agile and quick-turn environment
- Exceptional technical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot escalations
