Job Summary
A business management company is seeking a Telecommute Client Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing utilities and performing database checks for clients
- Working with clients to troubleshoot system functionality issues
- Creating and maintaining internal knowledge base articles
Position Requirements Include:
- Prefer Tucson-based candidates but will consider remote based if they have strong Midas experience
- Proficient in system setup and maintenance
- Proficient in connecting remotely to client servers
- Experience with techniques used for responding to system emergencies
