Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Client Support HQM Generalist II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding and providing reactive and proactive software support
  • Conducting research into software and infrastructure related issues
  • Troubleshooting and assessing software platforms and multi-tier web applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • This role balances numerous priorities across escalation channels, including in-person requests
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school)
  • 2 plus years of experience in Customer services, software related business or similar experience
  • Work Equivalent Technical Documentation (1 yr )
  • Software Troubleshooting (3 yr )
  • Working experience in Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS (1 yr )
