A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Support Representative in Las Cruces.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound calls, email and chat
- Responding to all support tickets within defined response times
- Assessing the severity and priority of problems and requests according to issue management guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft windows and Internet applications
- Understanding of basic computer functions, software and related interactions
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area with demonstrated leadership skills
