A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Support Representative in Las Cruces.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls, email and chat
  • Responding to all support tickets within defined response times
  • Assessing the severity and priority of problems and requests according to issue management guidelines

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft windows and Internet applications
  • Understanding of basic computer functions, software and related interactions
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area with demonstrated leadership skills
