Job Summary

A testing services company is seeking a Telecommute Client Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing daily customer service support to clients
  • Performing client setup & implementation for computer-based testing, paper/pencil exams, on-line and record and review exams
  • Performing application processing, data processing, record keeping, beta testing set-up and imports and exports

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of client management or customer service experience
  • Must have excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows-based applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required
