Job Summary
A biotechnology company is in need of a Telecommute Client Support Specialist in Nashville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Using Sales Analysis and designated CRM to generate reports
- Identifying and maintaining strategic accounts and clients to maximize effectiveness
- Developing and maintaining an active sales funnel of opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time and must have current and valid U.S. driver’s license
- BS or BA degree in a life sciences related discipline
- Technical competency to understand and to clearly discuss fundamental theory and principles of experimental design
- Minimum of 2 years lab experience with proven knowledge of molecular biology, cell biology and related fields
- Minimum two years previous experience working with customers in sales environment and/or similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-mail and the use of the Internet
