Job Summary

A human resources company has a current position open for a Telecommute Client Training and Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining our HR and Safety training and development programs that serve as a powerful client retention tool
• Overseeing the execution of our program in collaboration with vendors, SMEs, internal resources (Client Success, HR/Safety Compliance, and Marketing) to increase client participation in our offerings
• Overseeing and leading a team of trainers, coordinators, and instructional designers that execute the entire training life cycle from concept/content development to delivery, evaluation, and reporting

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of related HR or Training experience
• Advanced degree in business or related field; HR or Training certification preferred (e.g. SPHR, SHRM-CP, CPLP)
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a variety of media, including classroom and web-based formats
• Ability to continuously learn HR and safety trends, effective training methodologies, and training technology
• Capability of developing concise communications to clients that are instructive and useful
• Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, including working with senior leaders and executives both internally and with clients
• Proven strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple levels of employees, both new and experienced
