Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering training in a professional and confident manner
  • Authoring, creating, developing, training programs and deliver a collection of engaging online training content and materials
  • Tracking attendance and usage of training participants to measure effectiveness of individual training sessions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • May host onsite, virtual, or on-demand training
  • Associates degree (or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., development of product/application training, general training delivery, etc.)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in content development and curriculum design for the adult learner
