Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Clinical Abstraction Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a subset of the remote abstraction team, including both full-time employees and contractors
- Triage and respond to abstractor questions through Slack, email and Patient Manager
- Monitor abstractor performance and provide directions and coaching to improve abstractor quality and efficiency
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Certified Tumor Registrar, research professional or oncology nurse with 5+ years’ experience in oncology setting
- At least two years people management experience
- Active clinical license or or CTR certification, if applicable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high comfort level with technology
