Job Summary
An information technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Application Support Analyst in Plano.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Applying business systems and applications analysis skills and knowledge in support of EHR software applications
- Collaborating with end users, customers and internal leadership to define vision and scope
- Classifying problems as system, training, or process related and recommending corrections
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to accommodate for minimal travel to customer’s site(s)
- Undergraduate degree and 1-2 years relevant experience OR 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1+ years' experience providing second and third tier end-user support for the clinical applications
- Experience with the successful support, implementation, or upgrade of at least one EHR clinical software module
- Experience with business process analysis and design
- Experience with and understanding of clinical dictionaries and application functionality and how they impact other modules
