Job Summary
A genetic testing and diagnostics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Review incoming referrals and request additional documentation/clarification when needed
- Assist patients by answering questions, scheduling appointments
- Work with clinic staff to help coordinate physician-ordered testing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google mail and Google Documents
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over telephone, and read printed material.
