Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Customer Success Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing specialized coaching and guidance to internal and external customers
  • Seeking and introducing new and unique ways to proactively offer relevant clinical expertise
  • Producing knowledge articles for both external customers and internal team members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • 7+ years of experience working in a health care related field
  • 5+ years of related clinical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to articulate a strong customer POV and advocate for what customers want/need
  • Track record of mentoring and coaching others to success
