Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Customer Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing specialized coaching and guidance to internal and external customers
- Seeking and introducing new and unique ways to proactively offer relevant clinical expertise
- Producing knowledge articles for both external customers and internal team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 7+ years of experience working in a health care related field
- 5+ years of related clinical experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Ability to articulate a strong customer POV and advocate for what customers want/need
- Track record of mentoring and coaching others to success
