Job Summary
A research organization is in need of a Telecommute Clinical Data Management Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and quantifying resource requirements for ongoing and future projects
- Interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training new staff as appropriate
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10%)
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible Clinical or Data Management experience (4 years Data Management)
- Bachelor's degree or RN, or In lieu of degree or RN, eight (8) years of relevant experience
