Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Improvement Adoption Specialist .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building and managing customer relationships
• Educating assigned clients on procedures, processes, and best practices
• Providing input into product development

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Approximately 50% travel
• Bachelor’s degree in HIM, management, or a related technical degree, or equivalent experience
• Two to three years of experience with physician interaction and customer service or account management experience
• Two to three years HIM, CDI or Coding, EMR/EHR implementation or other physician supporting roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
