A consulting agency for health information management is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing the people, processes, and technology
• Designing and implementing a successful program
• Educating and engaging staff on new initiatives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Able to work remote and travel onsite
• 2-5 years of hospital-based inpatient, outpatient facility coding experience
• AHIMA/AAPC credentialed as CCS, RHIA, RHIT, COC
• Pass Vantage Healthcare Coding assessment
• Secure dedicated home based work space with high-speed internet access
• AHIMA ICD-10 trained or certified
