A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist II in Temple.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Formulate, interpret, and analyze data relative to opportunities to improve documentation practices
- Perform patient record reviews to determine complete, accurate and timely documentation
- Develop and/or provide ongoing education and information regarding documentation opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Health Information Management Administrator (RHIA)
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) OR
- Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) OR
- Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP)
