A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist II in Temple.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Formulate, interpret, and analyze data relative to opportunities to improve documentation practices
  • Perform patient record reviews to determine complete, accurate and timely documentation
  • Develop and/or provide ongoing education and information regarding documentation opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Health Information Management Administrator (RHIA)
  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) OR
  • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) OR
  • Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP)
