An information management company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Quality Improvement Manager in Alpharetta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and mentoring to CDI staff
- Clinical oversight of patient review processes
- Providing leadership and guidance to the CDI Specialists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 50% as needed
- 5+ years of clinical experience including 3 years in a specialty area, 2 years of CDI management experience
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Bachelors in Nursing, CCDS or CDIP certification
- 5+ years of experience in leading clinical documentation improvement programs in academic medical centers
- Leadership experience, demonstrated ability to lead teams
