Job Summary

An information management company has an open position for a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Quality Improvement Manager in Alpharetta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching and mentoring to CDI staff
  • Clinical oversight of patient review processes
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the CDI Specialists

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel up to 50% as needed
  • 5+ years of clinical experience including 3 years in a specialty area, 2 years of CDI management experience
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Bachelors in Nursing, CCDS or CDIP certification
  • 5+ years of experience in leading clinical documentation improvement programs in academic medical centers
  • Leadership experience, demonstrated ability to lead teams
