Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Documentation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Improving the quality of chart documentation
- Ensuring clinical documentation is accurate and compliant
- Identifying the need to clarify documentation in the medical record
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to communicate with physicians face-to-face
- Identify the need to clarify documentation in the medical record
- Associate's degree in Nursing, required
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting OR
- One (1) or more years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist in an acute care setting
