Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical DRG Quality Auditor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review the accuracy and consistency of coding auditors
- Provide updates to training and user manuals
- Recommend process changes to improve quality and performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- RHIT or RHIA certification
- CCS certification, CPC certification
- Minimum 5 years relevant Clinical DRG coding or clinical DRG auditing experience
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and human physiology
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to mentor and instruct through audits
