Job Summary
A major healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Clinical Grievances RN .
Must be able to:
- Understand relevant state and federal grievance and peer review requirements
- Provide timely, quality service to members and providers
- Facilitate telephonic discussion with health care providers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 3 years total RN experience including recent clinical experience in an inpatient/ acute setting
- A current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency
- Adaptable to change while providing exemplary clinical documentation skills and critical thinking skills
- Must have a designated work space and access to install secure high speed internet via cable/ DSL in home
