Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Clinical Innovation Specialist in the Southern Region.

Must be able to:

• Make outbound calls to engage members and/or providers to verify clinical information
• Document all calls and attach clinical information received
• Create and send out written correspondence

Required Skills:

• 25% Travel
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Meet the scheduled Hours of 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Tuesday-Saturday (subject to change)
• Must provide a high speed DSL or cable modem with speed of 10x1
