Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Clinical Innovations Specialist .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calls to engage members and providers to verify clinical information
- Documenting all calls and attach clinical information received
- Creating and sending out written correspondence
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 10% of the time and must live within driving distance of Portland, ME and New York City, New York
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
- Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1
